Vehicles arriving from the south (Callander) will be directed to the South Parking Field, please look out for the sharp left hand turn off the A84. The South Parking Field is approximately an 800m walk to the start line. Vehicles coming from the north will turn off at the Mhor 84 junction and be directed to the North Parking Field, which is a 500m walk to the start line. Parking is VERY limited so if possible please share the journey to the event with someone else that is taking part. On arrival at Mhor 84 you will be directed by marshals to the event parking and drop off zone, please be patient and follow their instructions.
As well as the daily menu and selection of homemade cakes, Mhor 84 will be offering a special selection of food for Run Mhor participants and spectators. Every participant in the half marathon event will be accurately timed using chip timing technology from Perfect Timing Scotland. Participant race numbers and timing chips are integrated. Race timing chips will be posted to participants approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. Lost or forgotten numbers can be replaced for a fee of £2 on the day of the event. Participants will be able to check their official time at the timing booth as soon as they finish. Soon after the event, all race results will be posted online and on social media.
Deferrals: If a participant is unable to take part they may request a deferral up to 1 month before the event. If the request is made after the race numbers have been posted, the number must be returned by post. The place will then only be deferred if the number can be reallocated.
Transfers: If a participant is unable to take part they may request to transfer their place to another runner up until 1 week before the event. If the race numbers have already been posted out it is up to the runners to organise exchange of the race number.
Refunds: Can be requested until 1 month before the event and are subject to a 10% admin fee. After this date, credit codes will be issued if the withdrawn place can be reallocated to a new participant. Credit codes are also subject to a 10% admin fee. They can be used against any other event within 1 year.
Make a Request: If you wish to request a deferral, transfer or refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
