After 10, 16.2 or 26.2 miles you’ll have earned a post-race massage to ease those aching muscles! Book your time slot based on your estimated time and know that no matter if you’re faster or slower than you hope, you’ll have some healing hands waiting for you at the finish.

**Massages will be available from 1pm to 6pm, based on finish times between 3 and 8 hours. Pre-booked massages will get priority over on the day requests. Each massage lasts approximately 15 minutes and costs £10. Massages are provided by the wonderful Athletes’ Angels.

**NOTE: We have amended the start time by 1 hour so if you have already pre-booked a massage time, these will now be 1 hour later, you do not need to re-book.
