The Thornhill 10K will take runners from the Community Hall along the B822 for 4Km before turning left on to the B8031. After just over 6Km runners will turn left again to follow the gently undulating roads back to the finish at the Community Hall. With only a small amount of elevation across the route, this course gives great potential for a PB! This area is commonly known as the ‘Frews’, hence the full name of the event: Thornhill 10K – Round the Frews.
