The Run Mhor Hidden Glen 10K takes place in the spectacular Monachyle Glen. Starting at Monachyle Mhor Hotel, the out and back route initially follows the road alongside Loch Doine before heading deep into the Hidden Glen along rough trail tracks. The route follows Monachyle Burn as it winds its way through the glen. Reaching the turning point and high point of the route after approximately 6Km. The downhill return to the hotel offers beautiful sweeping views of the glen, Loch Doine and Loch Voil. The terrain is a mix of tarmac roads (approx 2Km), grass farm roads and rough trail tracks.
The Hidden Glen Fun Run route will be approximately 1Km and will start and finish at Monachyle Mhor Hotel. After a distance of 500m participants will turn round a cone and run back to the finish line at the hotel, where they will receive their finishers medal and a bottle of water. ALL children must be collected by an adult at this point.
