The Loch 2 Lawers SwimRun is based at the spectacular Loch Tay Highland Lodges, Perthshire. Loch Tay is a freshwater loch in the central highlands of Scotland and the sixth largest in Scotland. On its north shore sits the imposing Ben Lawers, the highest mountain in the southern part of the Scottish Highlands, which reaches almost 4000 feet. The ‘Munro’ L2L route includes 3 swims and 3 runs, with the 2nd run taking you to the summit of the mighty Ben Lawers from the shore of Loch Tay. The ‘Corbett’ route also includes 3 swims and 3 runs, with the 2nd run taking you approximately half way up Ben Lawers.
The courses will test you on many levels – the loch is cold and deep, the climbs are steep and the descents are technical. Have you got what it takes to conquer the Loch 2 Lawers SwimRun..?
